Presentation of the Research Paper - "Vetting of the Judiciary in Theoretical and Comparative Perspective - Recommendations for Georgia"
On February 21, 2022, research prepared in cooperation with the Open Society Foundation and Gnomon Wise - "Vetting of the Judiciary in Theoretical and Comparative Perspective - Recommendations for Georgia" was presented.
The purpose of this paper is to base its analytical findings on general and specific recommendations on staff reform measures to be used in the reconstruction of the Georgian judiciary. The recommendations are conditional, and their implementation will be possible in case of changes in different directions.
The research findings were presented by Gnomon Wise Researchers Davit Zedelashvili and Tamar Ketsbaia. Following the presentation, a discussion was held with the involvement of the attending audience, led by representatives of the Open Society Foundation.
