Presentation and Discussion of the Policy Document: "Strategic Communication Against Disinformation and Propaganda"
On March 11, Gnomon Wise presented and moderated a panel discussion of the policy document "Strategic Communication Against Disinformation and Propaganda."
The paper describes the history of the formation of state policy in the direction of strategic communications in Georgia, as well as its legal and structural frameworks and existing gaps.
The policy document was presented by Davit Kutidze, a Researcher at Gnomon Wise, and Malkhaz Rekhviashvili, an Affiliated Researcher at the institute.
Mariam Tsitsikashvili, Researcher of Georgia's Reforms Associates (GRASS), and Tornike Gordadze, Professor of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), made a report within the panel discussion. The speakers discussed the prospects of combating information warfare by strengthening strategic communications.
