Armenia-Azerbaijan "Balancing Policy" During the Russian Aggression in Ukraine

Like all countries in the post-Soviet space, Azerbaijan and Armenia are threatened by Russia's revisionist-Eurasianist aspirations and aggressive foreign policy. Since the Russian Federation is constantly "trading" on the Karabakh issue, Azerbaijan and Armenia are trying to pursue the relevant prudent foreign policy.

If Armenia and Azerbaijan still have at least the "amenity" to lead the so-called Balanced foreign policy, Georgia does not have this opportunity. No matter how Russia plays "ping pong" with Karabakh between Armenia and Azerbaijan, it has no direct territorial claim to Karabakh; however, Russia is on the other side of the conflict in Georgia.
